Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs use of Fast and all related services operated by Pi Squared Inc. ("Company"), including the Fast App (app.fast.xyz), the Fast marketplace (shop.fast.xyz), the Fast SDK, and the FastSet payment and settlement network (collectively, the "Services"). This AUP is incorporated by reference into the Fast Terms of Service.
By using the Services, you agree to comply with this AUP.
2. Prohibited Activities
Financial Crime and Sanctions Evasion

Money laundering or structuring transactions to evade reporting

Terrorist financing

Sanctions evasion or facilitating transactions with sanctioned persons or entities

Transferring or concealing proceeds of crime
Geoblocking Circumvention

Using VPNs, proxies, or other tools to bypass geographic restrictions

Falsifying location or identity information

Accessing the Services from prohibited jurisdictions through any means
Fraud and Deception

Phishing or impersonation
-
Ponzi, pyramid, or advance-fee schemes
-
Account takeover or credential theft
-
Misrepresentation of Service functionality or financial returns
Payment and Onboarding Abuse

Fraudulently or abusively initiating chargebacks, payment disputes, ACH reversals, or similar payment reversals for transactions you authorized

Using stolen or unauthorized payment methods, wallets, addresses, accounts, credentials, or agent permissions to acquire, transfer, bridge, offboard, fund, or spend fastUSD or supported assets

Exploiting payment processor, onboarding provider, swap provider, AllSet smart-contract bridge, offboarding, or network errors or delays to obtain assets or value without payment

Acquiring fastUSD or supported assets and then fraudulently or abusively disputing an authorized payment to obtain unauthorized assets or value

Attempting to offboard, withdraw, or transfer fastUSD obtained through fraud, unauthorized payment methods, provider abuse, or exploitation of errors
Market Manipulation

Wash trading, spoofing, layering, or front-running

Pump-and-dump schemes

Any strategy to artificially influence prices or trading patterns
Network Attacks

Exploiting smart contract vulnerabilities for unauthorized gain

DoS/DDoS attacks

Spam transactions to degrade performance

Malware distribution
-
Sybil attacks or systematic resource exhaustion
Marketplace Abuse

Purchasing items for the purpose of charging back, reversing, or disputing the transaction fraudulently or abusively

Creating fraudulent orders or providing false shipping information

Colluding with merchants to manipulate transaction records
-
Using the marketplace to transact in prohibited goods (see Section 2, Other Prohibited Conduct below)

Reselling items purchased on the marketplace in violation of applicable law or merchant terms
Agent Wallet Abuse

Creating Agent Wallets for any purpose other than automating legitimate user-initiated transactions

Programming or instructing an agent to act outside the scope of permissions explicitly delegated by the account holder

Using agents to circumvent spending limits, transaction rules, or prohibited activity restrictions

Allowing agents to autonomously expand their own permissions or access

Using agents to facilitate any activity prohibited elsewhere in this AUP or the Terms of Service
Other Prohibited Conduct

Child exploitation material

Human trafficking

Illegal gambling where prohibited by applicable law

Intellectual property infringement

Transactions for narcotics, weapons, or contraband

Impersonating Pi Squared Inc., Fast, or Company personnel

Unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
3. Sanctions Compliance
Prohibited Jurisdictions: Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, the Crimea region, the Donetsk and Luhansk regions, Russia, or any jurisdiction subject to OFAC sanctions.
Prohibited Persons: Users on the OFAC SDN List, EU Consolidated Sanctions Lists, UN Security Council Sanctions Lists, or 50%+ owned or controlled by any listed party.
The Company may conduct sanctions screening, geoblocking, transaction or address monitoring, fraud prevention, and other compliance checks, and third-party providers may conduct KYC, enhanced due diligence, identity verification, sanctions screening, and other compliance checks under their own terms and privacy policies. Users must provide accurate information. Providing false information is a material violation.
4. Vulnerability Disclosure
If you discover a security vulnerability in the Services, report it to contact@fast.xyz with a detailed description, reproduction steps, and impact assessment.
Do not publicly disclose or exploit the vulnerability before remediation. We acknowledge reports within 5 business days and may offer bug bounty rewards at our discretion.
5. Enforcement
The Company may take the following actions for violations:

Warning - written notice and request for corrective action

Suspension - temporary access restriction (30-90 days)

Permanent Ban - indefinite denial of access

Transaction or Service Restriction - restriction of account or wallet features, transfers, offboarding requests, funding methods, checkout methods, Company-controlled refunds, app-mediated credits, or other transactions where technically and legally available pending investigation

Address Blocking - restriction of specific blockchain addresses

Law Enforcement Referral - reporting to relevant authorities
The Company retains sole discretion in determining violations and selecting enforcement actions. Actions may be taken immediately without prior warning for egregious violations. The Company is not liable for losses resulting from enforcement actions taken in good faith.
6. Reporting Violations
Report AUP violations to contact@fast.xyz with a description, relevant addresses or transaction hashes, and supporting evidence.
The Company prohibits retaliation against good-faith reporters.
7. Modifications
The Company may modify this AUP at any time. Material changes will be communicated via website posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing Law
This AUP is governed by Delaware law. For disputes not subject to arbitration under the Terms of Service, you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of federal and state courts in Delaware.
